Full Stack Engineer

You will be one of the first engineers at the company, building rich front- and back-end features, becoming an expert on large parts of our product, and helping us build a simple but powerful course platform that powers the best virtual courses on the market.

Director of Partnerships and Operations

Build a new business line and a high-performing team that will make Nucleus the primary destination for courses by top creators. You’ll develop the framework to target, vet, and partner with the best creators in the world. Once they’ve launched on the platform your team will do whatever it takes to help these instructors grow their courses to be seven-figure businesses. 

By deeply knowing your customers, you will create new service offerings that meet their needs and then craft and execute go-to-market plans to launch these services. You’ll also work hand-in-hand with our Product team to shape our roadmap so that it delivers value to our community of creators.

Human Resources

Head of Talent

Build a talent organization that puts people first, assesses candidates on competencies, not credentials, and delivers a stellar candidate experience. You’ll join our leadership team and work closely with our co-founders and other leaders to develop effective and efficient sourcing, recruiting, and staffing operations. You will work with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate on profiles, and seek A-level candidates. You’ll coach those hiring managers on best practices in assessing and closing candidates including creating and evaluating sample work assignments, conducting virtual “onsite” interviews, and compensation package negotiation. As our hiring needs grow, you’ll build out a team.
